Every new home Galaxy Homes sells is built in Southern California: Clayton in Perris, Fleetwood Cavco in Riverside, Skyline in San Jacinto and Silvercrest in Corona. Most factories build a home in about eight weeks or less from order. We place new manufactured homes in mobile home parks across Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties, from starter homes to high-end models.
Three Ways to Buy a New Home

Buy a home in a mobile home park. Choose one of the new homes above. Some are already on their spaces and ready to move in. Others are coming soon: we’ve secured the space and the home is on order.

How long does it take to get a new manufactured home?
It depends on the home. A move-in-ready home can close as soon as your loan and park approval are done. If you order a new home, most factories build it in about eight weeks or less, and then it’s delivered and installed on the space.
Do new manufactured homes come with a warranty?
Yes. Every new home includes the manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty varies by factory.
Is a new “mobile home” the same as a manufactured home?
Mobile homes haven’t been built since June 15, 1976, when the federal HUD code took effect. Every factory-built home since then is a manufactured home, built to national standards for construction, fire safety and energy efficiency, and inspected during construction. Many people still say “mobile home,” so if you’re shopping for a new one, you’re really looking at a manufactured home.
Can I finance a new manufactured home?
Yes. Our in-house finance team specializes in manufactured home loans and can get you pre-approved before you shop.
Do I pay space rent on a new home in a mobile home park?
Yes. In a mobile home park, you own the home and rent the space it sits on. Space rent varies by park, so ask us for the exact rent on any home you’re interested in.
